There’s no secret to becoming a member of Trimley Sports & Social Club. The only qualification you need is that you are over 18 years of age and like the idea of spending time with like minded people. So if you are looking for a social club that enjoys the security and friendship of a Members & Guests only Club you won’t find anywhere better.

Like all well run social clubs, a committee is elected from the membership to decide on relevant matters. In general, these are the requests and suggestions they receive from members making the Club a better place to enjoy. 

By the same token, complaints are dealt with in the same manner. Luckily, these are few and far between and usually non-serious issues. But if a behavioural or disciplinary matter is reported and it is deemed a member is no longer suitable for whatever reason, the committee will decide on the continuity of that persons membership. Indiscretions of any kind of unsociable demeanour or misconduct, in or outside the club that may bring the club into disrepute will be considered,

There are rules and regulations for the benefit of everyone and there are required standards with regards to adult behaviour. Children are welcome with their Parents or a responsible adult who should ensure they behave suitably.

Whilst healthy social discussion about most subjects is welcomed, aggressive behaviour towards another member, guest or staff is not tolerated. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas, of which there are two, that are weatherproofed and contain seated areas.

The dress code throughout is smart casual, unless otherwise stated.

When you join you will be given a membership card for door entry and for discounted drinks at bar, Also an official book of rules explaining the club’s set up, officers and their responsibilities Will be emailed to you..
